Is Jelly Bean 4.3 Worth It?

I have a rooted Nexus 10 with Jelly Bean 4.2.2. Is 4.3 worth upgrading to? If so where would be the best place to root it to 4.3?

I think every update is worth it. Otherwise you're running last year's software. If you're OK with that, 4.2 is fine.

Well I guess I'll wait until 4 .3 can be rooted too. Then I'll upgrade.

I love the new Notifications system - it allows 3rd-party Notification Apps to dismiss other 3rd-party Notifications from other Apps. So if for example you're using Floating Notifications (its 4.3-compatible update is currently in BETA but working great for me), swiping the StatusBar Notification dismisses the Floating Notification bubble too & vice-versa.

So that alone is worth it for me.

I think it's worth it because of some new features such as App Ops.
