Is moisture under the screen guard normal?

Moisture under screen guard

Hi, I have a HTC DESIRE 816G with a screen guard.I have noticed watery like substance inside the screen guard above the htc emblem.I have put a flip cover.Is this normal?

Have you had water damage to the phone? has the phone sat in any humid places? can you remove the screen guard, dry it down and replace it?
