Is my battery experience normal

I'm frustrated about how fast my battery drains, but I'm not sure whether my experience is truly abnormal or I am just bemoaning the inevitable, so I thought I'd consult expert opinion. I'm attaching four screenshots from the GSam battery monitor. As you can see, the apps manage to drain a huge amount of battery without using much screen time ("ecrã"). What do you think? And what, if anything, can I do?

Thank you!

Yes, there's certainly something unusual going on to go from 100% to 86% in just 37 minutes. There's nothing obvious in the app list itself since those items are frequently at the top of the list but the OS shouldn't be causing such a precipitous drop.

Have you tried rebooting the device?

Does the same thing happen in Safe mode (unfortunately you won't be able to use GSam to monitor things in that case but since it's mainly the OS we're concerned about that shouldn't be a problem)?

If you look at the 'Sinal GSM' data does that look okay? Just want to be sure the phone isn't struggling to make a cellular connection. (You can also look at Settings -> Battery -> History details (tap the graph to get this view) to see what the cellular network signal is like).

Be sure to try wiping the system cache in Recovery mode and if all else fails it's time for a Factory Reset.

Edit: were you streaming music using Google Play Music, over Bluetooth, that whole time? Those two items seem out of place in the list.

Damn, I thought it seemed off.

Hi, I don't normally reboot the device, but it semi-frequently reboots itself because I run out of battery. I've come to just resort to always taking a charger with me. I have not tried safe mode recently. Will I be able to see how much energy the OS is draining without GSam?

I've just opened the "Sinal GSM" and it says that the signal strength is strong and it has been 1 second since it was disconnected. This statistic doesn't seem to update. I've force quit GSam and opened it again. Same problem. Is it an issue that I'm charging at present?

I use the combination of Google Play Music (I'm loath to perform a factory reset yet because I have a vast amount of music stored) and Bluetooth pretty continuously, my soundtrack. But should that be causing this level of drainage?

In order, I should check safe mode, then go to recovery mode and wipe the system cache, and then try a factory reset?

The 'Sinal GSM' won't show anything useful until you've had it unplugged for awhile. It should look something like this.

That shows you what the breakdown of signal quality is like over time (typically after you've had it unplugged for awhile).

If you boot into Safe mode it'll eliminate any 3rd party applications from causing issues. (Note that after reboot from Safe mode you may have to reset a few defaults. Ex. if you use a 3rd party Launcher or keyboard you'll have to pick those again.)

You should try charging to 100% and then just leave the phone sit for a couple of hours (no streaming, playing, etc) - this'll give you the best indicator of whether something strange is going on.
