Is my Galaxy S5 unlocked if I got it from Verizon?

My wife recently switched to another carrier, and still has the S5. She wants me to sell it for her on eBay. I need to know if it's unlocked so I can describe it correctly in the sale ad.

Yep, all Verizon phones come unlocked and can be used on other carriers. The only rub is that a Verizon phone that is being used on, say, T-Mobile or AT&T might not be able to connect to LTE and will only run on HSPA+. But that's plenty fast enough, if you ask me.
