Is my phone infected with malware?

Sometimses, on a specfic website(nothing fishy, a gaming website I always enter) a weird ad appears asking me to update my phone alongside a countdown, this ad is redirected to harbwire, and as I have searched through the internet, this is a malware. However this happens only in this site, could this be an ad which is trying to infect me, or this ad means that I am already infected? If so, what to do? Since I scanned my phone with all kinds of anti-malware apps(trustworthy ones) and nothing seems to be amiss.

Since it only happens on one website, I would check with support on that site to see what they say about it
