Android Central Question

Samsung can continue to cling to the tale that a broken s-pen is just a minor issue but anyone who looks into the issue can see that there is s DESIGN FLAW in the s-pen since thousands of them break at the same place under normal use. This can not and should not be simply ignored by Samsung just so they can soak us $50 for a replacement of the s-pen so poorly designed and obviously prone to breakage. Has any s-pen been warrantied by Samsung? Has Samsung forgotten the importance of keeping clients happy or how much Samsung can lose when we switch phones and NEVER buy Samsung again. Has Samsung forgotten how we stuck by them and bought again after the Note 7 nightmare? Two things should happen: 1 a new design on the pen, and 2 a free replacement to all of us who suffer from this issue which should never have happened.

how about a valid and verifiable source that thousands of s-pens are broken with normal use.

A quick Google search pulls up a bunch of complaints in 2018.
Samsung didn't say too much that I could find except buy a replacement. Samsung likes that.
May have been a particular batch(s) with QC issue(s) so that some are ok, some not.
