Sounds like a reasonable theory. Also noticed that the time in your notice was in 24 hour format while mine is in 12 hour format. Do you have your phone setup for 24 hour format? I'm assuming you have a V20 that you purchased through Tmo and you are in the U. S.?

Fixed it for you. Capital letters and using periods / punctuation helps.

BTW, I was having an issue with dirty finger scanner messages / not being able to register additional fingerprints and the update solved the issue.

T-Mobile is updating phones. It just comes in waves so make sure to check for update.

Good suggestion. The update is scheduled to download between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM local time. I turned off my network time and set my phone's time to 11:15 PM and the update immediately started downloading.

Nope, 10j wasn't a security patch. However the January patch may be coming fairly soon as the G5 is about to get a January security update.

T-Mobile just pushed out software update. Check if anyone haven't update through LG Bridge.

This one (10j) showed up on my phone as an OTA, and I downloaded without any problems.

Not sure but they definitely didn't push a security patch. They didn't even bother patching the exploit for the current root method.
