Nexus 4 Lollipop USB OTG

I upgraded my Nexus 4 to Lollipop a while ago (Currently running 5.0.1) and I was wondering today if the new update has USB OTG enabled. I know, it doesn't have the hardware. I'm talking about with a y-cable. If not, can you point me to your favorite ROM with a USB OTG enabled kernel?

Re: Nexus 4 Lollipop USB OTG

The stock ROM/kernel does not support OTG... just about any third-party ROM will work if you use a kernel with OTG capability, the Nexus 4 doesn't have the hardware to support powering USB OTG devices, although I don't believe you can charge and power USB at the same time even with an appropriate Y-cable, at least none of the ones I have will charge and power the USB device at the same time.

As far as recommendations for ROM and kernel... SimpleAOSP is my go to ROM at the moment, for kernel I would recommend AK kernel by CallMeAldy.
