Where are you located and what carrier?? Mine is Tmobile and I'm on July update. Do you manually check for updates that may help.

I am located in Rhode Island on Sprint. I have been checking almost daily for new updates.
 
The problem is that you are using a carrier branded device. Support will stop when the carrier decides to, won't matter if Samsung still sends to unlocked international models. You guys are at the mercy of your carriers.
