Is there a launcher/app to replicate Surface Duo experience on other foldables?

I've owned the first Surface Duo and the second. I loved the way the software handled the separate screens. My question; is there an app or launcher for my Samsung Fold 4 that would allow me to treat the unfolded screen as 2 separate screens? I know not everyone is going to agree with me on this but I have the Google Fold on preorder and I believe that it would be even more advantageous on that device.

What launcher are you running on your Surface Duo?

I always used the Microsoft launcher. I tried it on the Fold and it treats the screen as one large screen no matter what I do.

On the Fold 4 the stock launcher you can achieve this , 3rd party launcher not lot great support for Folds
