Is there a power option setting to change maximum brightness?

I just got my DNA and when the battery drops below 15%, the maximum brightness drops too dim, even with the charger connected. Is there an option somewhere to always have it on manual setting? I don't like the auto brightness deal, especially when a charger is connected.

Only thing you can do its go into display setting and deselect auto brightness and choose maximum.

Even with auto brightness off, the phone will stay dim after 15% you can max the screen brightness all you want, wont help. Built in battery management with Sense 4+ sadly until root and tool, we are screwed.
