is there a way for recovering system ui?

after i did something in my system ui. after i reboot it my statusbar disappeared . how can i take it back? is there a way for it to be recovered?

my phone--- alcatel one touch's pop

yeah sir my phone is rooted. what i did is i went to my rootexplorer and open my status bar and unfortunately i installed it and after rebooting it goes there..I reset my phone but it didnt work.

You uninstalled the status bar? Had you backed everything up beforehand?

I'm not experienced with rooting, so hopefully someone else will have some suggestions.

i dont have backup of my systemui .
1) If you're going to muck around in a computer, phone or otherwise, back up everything first. Only work on copies of files. Those are Computer 101.

2) Reflash the stock ROM. (After you back everything up, of course.)
