Is there a way to adjust the length of time the stock alarm sounds?

I almost slept through it the other day and I noticed that it only sounded for 60 seconds. Is there a setting I'm missing that can adjust that?

My solution to that one is to install Alarm Clock Plus * Alarm Clock Plus★ - Android Apps on Google Play

Far more versatile...

For very important alarms, such as "going to work", I have chosen the Single Tone beeps, set the Alarm Volume to Max irregardless of phone settings.

You get a Very Loud beep beep beep beep beep, pause, repeat over and over until you shut it off.
You must turn off the Allow Snooze....

For the very difficult to wake folks, you can create a Math Solve problem that must be answered before it will shut up....

For me, those Loud Beeps will not only get me up, they will wake up everyone in the house who then start yelling "Get your *** out of bed!!!!!!"

I had this problem as well. I switched to Timely and haven't missed an alarm since. They also have a challenge feature for difficult to wake up people.
