Is there a way to block ads in apps on the S8?

Is there a way to block ads in apps on the S8? I tried the app I used on my s6 but didn't seem to work. It was called dnss or something

Just a PSA I tried DNS66 ad blocker and and my fingerprint sensor stopped working. After uninatalling and restarting everything was fine again.

I'm using ad hell at the minute after trying the others and its flawless in the browser part and most apps to. Some apps do still show ads tho

The name is run together without spacing. You would think the Play Store would still generate that as one of the responses, but same thing happened to me when I searched it as 2 separate words.

Adguard. But you have to purchase and sideload from their site. No adequate version in Playstore.

If the ads are in your browser, that's one thing. If they are popping up on your home screen or through notifications, then some app is being bad and you have figure out which one it is and remove it. While i get some annoying ads on my browser, i never get pop up ads on my home screen or through notifications (except for samsung's apps) and neither should you.

Check XDA, I'm using it now and I haven't seen an ad anywhere since I started using it. Takes a tiny bit more to install but it's really no big deal. Totally worth it!!!
