Is there a way to maintain folders on homepage after a hard reset?

I'm looking for a solution to maintain the folders or groups that I put all the homescreen Icons in. For example I group all games into one folder and put them on the home screen. When you do a hard reset you lose all of this and it takes me several hours to put my 200 apps back in their place. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums. First question would be why do you want to do a factory reset? Answer to your direct question is no, which you appear to already know from past resets? There is no workaround other than not doing the reset in the first place.
