Is there a way to make the Droid Inc memory card USB 3.0 accessible?

I have a laptop with an express card 3.0 usb. i have a 32gb class 10 card in my droid incredible which i copy to and from constantly. usb 2.0 speeds have gotten a little slow for me. does anyone know if i can make the droid incredible usb 3.0 accessible as in the speeds that are much greater than usb 2.0?

Nope, 'cause USB 3.0 specs include 2 more pins and 2 more pairs of wires for faster speed and full duplex com than USB 2 .
