Is there a way to remove the Swipe to unlock?

Hey Guys,
Anyone know if there is a way to remove the swipe to unlock screen. I know it bypasses with the fingerprint scan but since I hold it in my left hand it is difficult to reach. I would prefer that when I hit the power button, it brings up my pattern screen to unlock it. Not a huge issue but one I would like to get rid of.

Unfortunately the only methods that can 'skip' the swipe is if you select the double tap on the home button (but that works only when the phone is with screen off and unlocked or with a non-secure lockscreen), Fingerprint or Iris scanning.

With the Biometrics (FP, Face Unlock and Iris Scanner) you have the option to "Unlock when screen turns on", so no need to swipe first, I really don't know with Pattern though.

I use pin and long pressing the home button with the option enabled bypasses the swipe to unlock screen

The oem led case works best. The phone awakes and is ready for you when you flip the cover open.
