Is there a way to selectively turn on/off data useage on galaxy s5

I am a former iPhone user who decided to step foot in the android world.

I am adjusting well...so far loving my galaxy s5!! However finding some things hard to adjust to.

1. I know on iPhone you could turn off your data useage so apps would only work when connected to WiFi, BUT you were still able to turn on certain ones, for me I like all my apps turned off except banking, Facebook, and a couple others.
Is there a way to do that on this phone?

You can restrict background data for any app individually. Check this guide from Samsung.
