Is there a way to show local temp/weather on AOD without active notification?

Hello guys! I was wondering if there is any weather app that shows my local temperature on the AOD, but without showing a permanent notification when the display is awake.

I've tried several ones, like weatherpro and weatherbug, but they all show an inconvenient and permanent notification, that you can't turn off without losing the AOD feature.

Nope. There is no way to add that to the stock AOD screen unless, like you mentioned, you get a persistent weather notification.

You can, of course, always flash a modified ROM that supports that (if there is any, not sure), but that's out of the 'stock options' scope.
