Is there an app for creating galaxy S edge panels or a specific software for it?

I would like to know how I can make my own edge panels and sell them on galaxy apps but I am not sure if there is an app or desktop software or if I need to go through samsung itself

Yes, Samsung publish an SDK about this an many other features, you need to code in Android Studio.
