Is there any equation to calculate 45MBps MicroSD card writing time and SDIO clock frequency?

Hi,
I am writing 32256 bytes of data from a buffer to SD card. I need to calculate writing time for the above. input SDIO clock frequency is 40Mhz and card is class 10, 45MBps .
