Is there any reason why Power Search would not work on my Droid X?

I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled and every time I try to search for anything, it says Please wait while searching...forever. It never returns result, not can it be stopped or closed. Only way to get it to quit is to power off the phone. Any ideas?

Never mind...I found Aurora Universal Search in the market (free). It allows all searching, including for a string of text that exist in a contact or a calendar event.
