Is there any way to get my LG-HBS-810 to read out incoming call information with my S7 Edge?

I recently got an S7 Edge. I have LG Tone Ultra HBS-810. When I used it with my LG G3 it would just require a push of a button to read out incoming call information. I can't for the life of me find a way to do that with this phone though. I have installed the LG Tone and Talk app, but even toggling on the phone setting under the apps I can select to have read out, nothing happens. On top of that, the app automatically unchecks "phone" as soon as I exit the app. Any ideas on how I can get my headset to read out caller information again?

My Tone 900 reads out texts that come through the Verizon messaging app, but doesn't read anything from WhatsApp

I had to download the LG app to get my 810's to read my texts out thru the headset on my edge..

Yeah, I can get it to read out the last text message/newest text message and also it'll read out Hangouts messages. I am using the Tone and Talk App for this functionality.

This is the app I am using, but I cannot get it to read out caller information like I'm looking for. So far I can only get it to read out newest messages through my headset.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify what kind of caller information you want it to read out? Is it the caller's phone number or name?

I would love if it would just simply read me the number of an incoming call if the caller is not in my contacts, or the contact name if it has been previously saved in my contacts. Thank you!

I'm having same problem, same phone s7. Used to announce calls, doesn't after a week.
