Is there any way to scroll through active Internet screens like you could prior to update?

Prior to this horrible update, there use to be a way to scroll through the open Internet windows. That option is now gone. Is there anyway to get that back through some setting? Other than hitting the lower left soft key which opens all screens on the phone. Not very helpful for just scrolling for the internet.

I should say that this is with chrome. It worked vefore, but doesn't now.

Open Chrome, tap Menu>Settings, then make sure Merge Tabs and Apps is turned off.
