So, I popped back k in my att card after using tmobile prepaid for a bit, and now I can't get the speed test app to work right with the att signal.

Whenever I try and run the test over 3G It says I have like 240 ping, I get 0.01 maps download and 1.0mbps upload.

But my real world performance seems fine. I do notice must signal bars being kinda iffy, but I think that was just normal att.

Anyone have any ideas? I already tried reinstalling the app.

On a side note: anyone else notice touch response seems off at times? Like when typing or panning different home screens.

Yes, I believe the stock AT&T APN blocks speedtest.net. There has been a lot of discussion on this in the following thread:

http://forums.androidcentral.com/google-nexus-4/226814-anyone-activated-nexus-4-att-6.html

As for scrolling issues, I have experienced this issue on the stock launcher. Mainly when trying to move icons or folders to another screen, however, I haven't had the issues since switching to Nova Launcher; which makes me think it's something with the default launcher.

Here are my APN settings:

Go into your APN settings and make sure nothing is listed next to proxy. Once you erase whats there speedtest will work properly.

is anyone else kind of experiencing the keyboard responsive problems? Maybe I just need to slow my typing.

I'm using SwiftKey, but notice this on the stock keyboard as well.
