This app popped on my home screen, and it does t seem like a true Samsung app? The icon is a white circle in a standby logo.

It's called 'Samsung my galaxy,

Didn't notice any apps like this on my samsung device (s6)

It looks like a legitimate app from Samsung. It looks like its only for Samsung customers with some exclusive deals and offers.
