Is this Normal? Screen Rotating?

So I know that the ThunderBolt can rotate it's screen, but after rooting and being on stock rom and using adw launcher ex my home screen is rotating!

Yes that is normal. If you go into options of the launcher you should be able to turn off rotation if you dont want it...
