Is this Samsung Fast Charger safe to use with my Note 7?

Have an extra Samsung Adaptive Fast Charger but the charger is larger then the stock charger and lists 12V output also.

Would this be safe to use with my Note 7?

Stock Note 7 charger on the left, Fat Boy on the right.

Yea, they both are 100% authentic Samsung chargers. I just worried as the large one has 12v listed while the stock one does not.

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it will only use 12v if the Note 7 supports it, if not it will use either 9v or 5v which is also the output for the smaller fast charger.

If you notice it says "or" after each. It means it will select the right one for the device and charge it safely.

You would be fine. Samsung sells the 25w charger for the note 7. It won't charge any faster though.

Thanks for the replies. That fat charger even came with the USB-C cable.

Just don't want to fry my Note 7 with the wrong charger.
