Is XBMC installed on Geniatech Quad Core Android Box?

Is XBMC installed on Geniatech Quad Core ATV1800 Box with quad core CPU and otca GPU? Nothing is mentioned about XBMC on the website. A Geniatech support guy mentioned that it is NOT installed -I suggest that they might be a bit expensive for a TV box - since you are comparing them with something like the ATV520 which is about 1/3 of the cost.
