Now the red arrow option with giphy is now defaulting to everyone with an email if they are not in the top recents section (red arrow). Maybe I will search for a better app for gif's.

Have you tried the reset preference?

Yeah, maybe it's just that GIF app not compatible with something on the newer Samsung devices. Maybe let the developer know the issue and they can take a look at it. Alternatively, you can just use the baked in GIF option that you can access right from your messages as shown in your screenshot.

Check to see what version on Ghipy you're using. I'm using version 3.7.3 on my Note 10 Plus and it's working find.
