Issue with charger

Hi,

My TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 has an issue with its charger. Sometimes, even if the magnetic charger seems to be in place, it ends up not charging at all. I have to carefully align the pins and keep moving the watch until I find the sweet spots that starts charing. Then, I must avoid moving it.
Shouldn't it be fast and easy to charge it? Anybody with a similar experience?
