issue with install new rom

attempting to flash the HTC EVO V using both version of the rom found here: Goo.im Downloads - Browsing JmzStockRoms neither works.

ok so i got to the very end of the tutorial...everything was going fine...but after i install the rom the phone will keep reboot after the first screen...not sure what i'm doing wrong and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you need to flash the boot.img. Another thing to look at, Does it say in the OP weather you need to format your sdcard to ext 3 or 4

but do you mean the recovery.img? i dont see anything about flashing a boot.img in the guide.

copy the boot.img from the rom zip ito the same folder with fastboot, put phone in fastboot mode , open cmd prompt from the fastbot folder and type " fastboot flash boot boot.img "
