Issue with uptading Galaxy S4

I have a galaxy S4 4.4.2 that was rooted before.
I'm trying to update it to 5.0.0 threw smart switch but it's keep telling me "failed to run firmware upgrade unknown error occurred fix"
How can i upgrade my phone version in the safest and easiest way?

You cannot do OTA or use SS to update a rooted device. Either unroot or flash a custom ROM
