Issues upgrading MeanRom 4.0 with TRWP 2.0

I am now stuk on HBOOT! it won't allow me to go into recovery. It runs the script, then said "Main version is older, update fail, hit power to reboot? I was just trying to get the new TRWP 2.2 with MeanRom 4.0...

Running 1.15 with S-on

I installed TWRP 2.2 before installing TWRP 3.8 and then from 3.8 I just used the OTA updater.

I think it even says in the forums for MeanROM that you have to be on 2.2 before you install MeanROM 3.2 or higher..

ok - 38 hours later, still no phone!!! Was just going to reflash old 2.18 TWRP and meanROM 2.7 and it stuck in the install thru TWRP - battery is about to die now, will this brick phone completely? couldn't find anything on this and i have been at it for 32 hours...uuggghhh, wish my brother wasn't locked up, as he always does my flashes, wipe, dev stuff always...must quit drinking whil phone in hand

I had a nearly similar issue, I had to reflash the factory rom onto my evo and start the rooting process over, your phone will be returned to the state it was in when you bought it. heres a link to find the proper factory rom, you will need remember what you were on before going forward.
