Issues with my Note 5 network

This has to be a network or software issue. Both my Note 5 and S6 are doing this. While I can fix the problem on my Note 5 by resetting the network settings, I can't do the same thing on my S6. My S6 does not have the reset network settings option. I'm getting a bit frustrated with this.
