Issues with Samsung S8 irritating flash alert

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I dont have the flash light app and ive tried putting my phone in to safe mode to try and get rid of this annoying flashing calling alert when receiving incoming calls. Its now taking me longer to answer calls, there is nothing on how to get rid of this, please help!
