Just turned my phone off, booted in recovery mode, wiped cache partition, and restarted. Still getting the refresh arrow on YouTube.

You definitely should not have to do this on a brand new phone. Did you install "as a new device" or did you pull everything over from your previous phone?

I used Samsung smart switch with my S7. But since then, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I think what I'm experiencing may be normal, because my wife's S7 is doing the exact same thing. I just never noticed it on my S7 before.
