It feels so much better without a case.

You jinxed me.... I found a tiny nick this morning

Just remembered how the case got all scratched. Since it was so slippery, tried to "rough it up" with sandpaper. Also took the glass screen protector off for the same reason, way too slippery for me.

Good luck with your tiny nick.

This is what I did with mine. No scratches.

Is it the way you're holding the device? I hold it by the TPU sides. I'm probably going to go without a case eventually. They make clear slickwraps but it loses the two-tone effect. I had tried the slick wraps but the complete coverage one tore and the back only coverage didn't stick properly in two corners. They are sending replacements.

It is not just the phone, but other things seem to slip through my hands quite easily. Might be my old skin is drying out. I think someone else posted about DSS - dry skin syndrome.

Whoever installing skins, technically you are not naked. You are protecting your device in one or other way :)

It is a great feeling phone to hold. Significantly less slick than my all metal OG Pixel, and I really like the soft touch back glass. I'm pretty gentle on phones (knock on wood), but I still wanted to put something on it so I got a super thin/minimal case from Amazon. Adds a little extra grip and minor bump/scratch protection without ruining the aesthetics too much.

what we got going guy's 😁 peep show
I like dbrand skins but don't offer drop protection

I hear this and watched videos, i could totally see myself screwing up and wasting $$ with my sloppy big fingers

The ones that just cover the back aren't bad. The ones that cover buttons and ports are a little more fragile. They are wet applied so you can move them to adjust.

Not to go to far off topic but it's illegal to leave keys in the ignition even with the door locked.

I realize everything is illegal now but I don't think that may be illegal somewhere but it's not a federal law or regulation....yet.

I realize the analogy Nazis know but those who leave their keys in their car know it won't be stolen and those who don't use a case know they won't drop it. It's like those who carry the phone hanging out of their back pocket know it won't be stolen, sat on, or dropped in the toilet.

It's been illegal in NY for as long as I can remember. Even if it's not illegal it's a liability. In any event my point was not to take the this thread off topic just to alert the poster in regard to their analogy.
