Funny part is that a person who uses a "1337" reference in the manner it was, is kind of looked upon poorly, (i.e. idiot "newb") by the people who created the term. As dumb as that is, I find that kind of amusing.

In some sad, demented twist of fate, we're also getting the worst version of ICS.
Have you seen it? It looks like Gingerbread. It feels like someone's holding a gun to my head while I type this, but...Motorola has a superior software update coming in the next few months.

I flashed the leak and love it. You can run Apex or Nova Launcher over it and it "ices" it up rather nicely if you don't like the Sense version.

Haha. Actually, I don't expect it in June. If July passes with no update though, that'll suck. Still nothing to get bent about though.

I am enjoying the Rezound over the red headed step-child A.K.A the Thunderbolt. But being that the Rezound is already running HTC Sense 3.6 will they just bump it up to 3.7 or will Verizon have another trick up there sleeve and add things to it that the other older HTC phone like the Vivid don't have???

The differences between the TBolt and the Rezound are like Night&Day....

The rezound is running 3.5 and will be bumped to 3.6 with the ics update.

I see the SGS III preorders are set to ship around July 9th. I'm sure Verizon doesn't want one of it's dinosaurs (Rezound) to get ICS before their "preccccioussss" is in stores. So yeah, I'm thinking end of July, maybe early August for ICS.

I think the GS3 for Verizon is another iPhone type of situation. GS3 is gonna sell, it's a phone that people might switch carriers for, and the other guys have it. So it's a phone Verizon needs to stock. (Oh, and that $199 price tag? You better believe that's because of the other carriers offering it for that price. If this was a VZW exclusive, it'd be $300. No doubt in my mind.)
You could argue that the same applied for GS2, but Verizon was waiting to drop another high end Samsung device right at the same time (Nexus).
