I ordered the blue one and got an email confirmation for the white one. Sprint better fix this.

Never pre-ordered online. Always in the store. Have to wait for Wednesday for AT&T. Will have it sent to the store. I feel better doing everything in person.
I just got off the phone with sprint and their records indicate that I did order the white and not the blue that was shown on the email. They told me not to worry to much about the email and that there was a glitch that is known and being worked on in the confirmation process.
Another glitch I noticed when going through the phone menu trying to get someone live to talk to. It showed that the cost of the phone was put towards my bill instead of the phone and I now have a $53 credit. It was explained to me that it was because my bill hasn't posted yet and it would straighten itself out when my bill is posted. If this is true shouldn't there be a $220 credit?

as you guys may know; the email confirmation appears to be wrong but i just checked my status online and it now has the correct phone that i ordered "Samsung Galaxy S III 16Gb Blue"
I had the same problem I ordered the White 32 gig. I finalized my purchase and it confirmed my order. Then when I got an email confirmation it stated I was getting the 16gig instead of the white. I was on the phone with sprint for over 45minutes and they are telling me that the system has all the descriptions incorrect but the sku is correct and that I will be getting the correct one I ordered. Hopefuly once Sprint fixes this they will send us another email with our correct order.![]()
