It's Official... pre ordering started early

I ordered the blue one and got an email confirmation for the white one. Sprint better fix this.

just pre-ordered and awaiting my email confirmation from sprint; i just checked my order status and they got the blue part right but they said i ordered the 32gb when i ordered the 16gb
 
I just got off the phone with sprint and their records indicate that I did order the white and not the blue that was shown on the email. They told me not to worry to much about the email and that there was a glitch that is known and being worked on in the confirmation process.

Another glitch I noticed when going through the phone menu trying to get someone live to talk to. It showed that the cost of the phone was put towards my bill instead of the phone and I now have a $53 credit. It was explained to me that it was because my bill hasn't posted yet and it would straighten itself out when my bill is posted. If this is true shouldn't there be a $220 credit?

Never pre-ordered online. Always in the store. Have to wait for Wednesday for AT&T. Will have it sent to the store. I feel better doing everything in person.

If I have to pay an "upgrade" fee, I am going to make them earn the money.

I hope you're right. I contacted order support and the rep told me they were getting a lot of calls about this incorrect color. However, they were not given direction from management on how to handle the issue. They told me to call back later in the day and they will have more info. I pre-ordered the blue online but my confirmation says white.
 
I had the same problem I ordered the White 32 gig. I finalized my purchase and it confirmed my order. Then when I got an email confirmation it stated I was getting the 16gig instead of the white. I was on the phone with sprint for over 45minutes and they are telling me that the system has all the descriptions incorrect but the sku is correct and that I will be getting the correct one I ordered. Hopefuly once Sprint fixes this they will send us another email with our correct order.:mad:
 
Glad I stopped my preorder with Sprint and went with Best Buy. But at the end of the day guys, I dont think any of you will care about the color when you get it. You'll just be happy that its finally here in your hands. Lol
 
since this is my first sprint pre-order that they are shipping to my house; please tell me that it doesnt need a signature for delivery

Just confirmed the same.

I ordered a 32Blue and got a confirmation email for a 32white. When i checked the status online, using my order number late last night, it was also saying 32 white.

then...
I just checked the order status again and has now been switched to 32Blue.

Yeah I noticed mine late last night before finally going to bed (too much adrenaline from being able to order this before bed!). I selected Pebble Blue, but the email said "White" and so did the myorder page.

It's funny because I was ready to call last night and then figured, "Meh, I'm going to put a case on it anyway, who cares? Actually, the white is kind of cool with a black case. I bet it would look better than pebble blue with a black case."

So I just left it alone and was fine with white.

Well this morning I decided to check the forums and saw many others had the same issue, but they were resolved. Checked and sure enough it now says Blue.

People need to realize that "Pebble Blue" appears to be out. They have replaced this with "Metallic Blue." I watched some German video of the guy unboxing to see the difference, and it's pretty significant. It looks much more gray/black than blue. I realize it's a preference thing, but I like the metallic better, so I'm happy. Here's the link where you can see the video on it.

Galaxy S3 Metallic Blue to replace Pebble Blue version?

Anyone have a guess of when Sprint will actually ship these out? Next week sometime? Would be awesome to get it early like my wife did with her iPhone 4S.
 
Hope I won't regret it, but I re-upped and got the white one, 32gb.

Same situation here...ordered 32 gig white and orders says 16. Thanks goodness it didn't take a 45 minute phone call to resolve the issue...more like ten. I would appreciate a f/u email with the correct info too, but I do have the order summary which confirms my purchase with the correct info.
