AC Question

So I'm torn between getting an iPhone and a Samsung galaxy even though i'm leaning more towards the Samsung. But my biggest concern is transferring all my iTunes music over to the phone while retaining the proper names/artists, all album artwork, etc.

Is it possible to do this easily? I've heard of android apps like isyncr but wasn't sure how good/reliable they were in copying over cover art, playlists, etc. without messing up song titles and artist names (listing them as "untitled" or something)

Google Play Music Manager can sync your iTunes to your Google Play Music account. You would then stream the music or you can download the tracks while on WiFi. I have the music manager set to monitor my iTunes and it will automatically update my Google account with new tracks.

Asked a similar question myself but also had video thrown in to the mix.

The Google Play option sounds like a good one, I know this saves your music in the cloud, are there any restrictions as to how much you can download from the cloud back on to your device (e.g Can you download over 3G/4G? Can you download to SD card? Are there any restrictions on the number of files you can downloads you can have running at once/within a certain amount of time? etc).

I believe the only restriction is the amount of space available on your device. The point of downloading your music to your device is to do it on WiFi so you don't have to stream over a limited connection. The Music app will manage the downloads so I don't see any issue with a restriction on the number of simultaneous downloads. No, you can't put the songs on your SD card, the Music app saves them wherever it wants to.
