This is covered in the review, so in a way this might seem like a dumb question, but just looking for clarification. You say in the review you can't talk and use data at the same time. I know this was true on my old Verizon phones without LTE, but ever since I've had LTE Verizon phones I am able to talk and use LTE at the same time. On this phone, is this not possible at all?

I assume it'll get an update to VOLTE, right? But there specifically was a toast notification when making calls, saying that data was being disconnected.
Let's ignore the hardware/design portion for a second (read: not a huge priority to me).

Phil, I just got my Z3v but I cannot get my Moto360 to connect to it. It'll pair, but it'll never connect in the Android Wear app. Did you have any issues with any watches?
In respect to the camera, speed/responsiveness, and display (visually, in the sun, low brightness) is the Z3v superior and/or equal to the G3 and Note 4? My sister was upgrading to a smartphone on Verizon within a couple weeks and I have to help her decide between the G3, Note 4, Z3v, and Turbo.

Yes. This. Reviews seem to be so focused on the design and comparing it to the standard Z3.... I just want a good smartphone!

Why on earth would anyone buy a gimped Z2/Z3 on Verizon? With all that bloatware?
Bought my Z3 Compact unlocked and sim-free here in the UK at a decent price. Of course, almost all phones here are unlocked and sim-free. I don't get contracts at all - what a waste of money!

my wife has a z1 compact, super easy to unloack the bootloader with a code from sony for full root. I have been looking to see if big red has done anything to stop this on the z3V. Any word? with root can remove the bloat!!!!
FYI for anyone else having trouble, I finally got it to pair after hitting "Reset Device" on the 360.

Awesome choice in phone, sir. I purchased the Z3v today and I'm in love. And this is coming from someone who had the LG G3 (another awesome phone, btw. It's just not waterproof). I got the Vu wireless charging pad (the vertical design) and I love it.

Did anyone visit a Verizon store to see if they had any in stock? When I do a Find in Store, none have any in stock.
