"Please resolve this issue quickly and ship my order out as soon as possible. I've had my order say that it was "shipped" since Sunday and was provided a UPS number at the same time. This was VERY misleading as it's been a week since I've ordered the product (which was within the first hour of launch) and have not had my UPS tracking updated at all. I personally know people who have ordered it at the same time, and after me and have already received their product. This is my first time purchasing a product off Google's website and it has been an extremely frustrating experience. I am becoming impatient and would like to receive my Nexus 5 device immediately.
