Finally shipped. Just received the notification (11/21, 2015 hrs CST), standard shipping. Black/32GB, ordered on 11/3. Will be good to not have to look through the spider-web glass of my GS3 anymore Heading home tomorrow from travel after 17 12hr days straight.

Ordered Nexus 5 32GB Black on November 12. "Leaves warehouse 12/3" Just got shipping email from Google. It's in Kentucky. Standard shipping, on its way to Chicago.

Should I take my shattered screen Blackberry Bold 9900 to the the thrift store? Or would that be the equivalent of somebody getting a Kingsford Charcoal Briquette in there stocking from Santa?

Hope you guys get your emails early as well!

I ordered a 32Gb black on 31st of October. Still pending. No helpful response from Google by phone or email..... The worst service I have ever seen.

While I ordered mine long after you I have noticed rather horrible customer service as well.

I hope the Nexus 5 I ordered through my Cousin in the US will work well in Nigeria though, minus the LTE, which aint gonna be around for the next couple of years here. Any cause to fear, guys?

Should be fine but all you have to do to make sure is compare the gsm (or CDMA, I'm not sure which Nigeria operates on) bands used by your carrier and the bands the nexus 5 can use.

Reading from this forum, I would like to ask once concern or advice. I personally ordered white 16gb on November 18 but the order is still pending. Leaves warehouse on December 11. How long do you think I should wait before contacting Google about my pending order? 1week? 2weeks? or not even worry about it and wait till December 11?

Officially frustrated! I ordered a black 32GB on Nov 8th and I still haven't received any shipping information. Current status is that my unit will ship out on Dec 11th however if you go to the Play Store right now and purchase a 32gb black nexus 5, the estimated ship date is Dec 3rd. How is it that my order has a longer lead time than a brand new order?

This is my first and final time I will ever order from Google Play. This has got to be the worst experience ever. Ordered on 10/31 (32gb White) and "pending". I'm in california, no reason why I should still be left behind when people from other countries are ordering AFTER and receiving them now.

It makes no absolute sense, that people who ordered way before others, receive the phone later then them. Google needs to learn the policy "First come, First served"

Ordered a 16GB black on November 6 and was stuck on "Leaves Warehouse by December 3rd" for a while, but got a shipping notification a little before 1:00 this morning. Two day shipping, but currently in the "A UPS shipping label has been created" stage. As the song goes, it's "Shipping Up to Boston."

Maybe, just possibly, I'll get a shipping email on Monday or later today though I wouldn't count today since UPS doesn't do Saturday shipping..
