I'd be fine if it was just when I was playing with it, but its pretty much whenever the phone is touched.

Just got my replacement phone. The power button still wobbles a bit, but it doesn't make any noise. Totally fine with that.
Also, for those of you with a 5 already, how 'violent' is the vibrate on your phone? My new one is way louder and more vibrate-y than the last one

wow congratz, my power button also have that issue, but the sound it makes is somewhat ok, not too distracting.

Ahh the new one makes noise, but this time its the SIM card setup, not the button. (If I hold the button so it can't move it makes some noise) I'm cool with that though. Can't do anything about the Sim tray, so I'm okay.
Damn. Spoke too soon. New one has dead pixels. Sigh.

After Reading some comments on the rattling power button. I'm worried. For those who received their phones already. Is the problem that bad?

I dont have a loose button issue either....or the yellow tint screen issue. recieved mine on 11/27 and put my Slim Armor case on it the third day.

I didn't put a case on it yet though I probably should (afraid to scratch it but it's only a really cheap tpu case so far). But I'm really happy with it. No weird tint or rattly buttons or visible dead pixels (I read there's an app that detects dead pixels, but if you can't see them, who cares).

Mine is just dust I guess. If it was an eighth of an inch lower I wouldn't mind, because it would be in the nav button area. I've asked for another replacement, so hopefully third time is the charm.

The power button will move, but it shouldn't make an audible noise unless you hold it right up to your ear. My new one doesn't make any noise, so I don't think its a hugely widespread thing. I would still get one and chance it, because in all likelihood you won't get one that does it.

you can install apps such as "gravity on/off" and "pie control", so you can use your phone without ever touch the power button.
Just to let you know, it seems the 29th orders for 16 gb devices are shipping. I just got my shipping notification. Goodbye Samsung hello Google (or LG, however you want to classify it)!

I ordered a black 32gb nexus 5 on Monday(Dec. 4th). When I placed the order the confirmation email stated it would leave the warehouse on Dec. 11, last night I got an email that it already shipped! It will be here tomorrow, Dec. 5. Can't wait!
Ordered the 32 gigabyte white N5 yesterday at 10am and it's already on truck for delivery today!
Google as it sounds slightly more exclusive.

I ordered my Black 32GB model Saturday with one day shipping. Sunday, early morning, I got my shipping notification. 5:00 PM Monday I had the phone in my hands. Amazing job by both UPS and Google. I do have a few nit picks with the phone but none of them are close to being bad enough to make me want to get a new device.
I do however have a concern. About 3-4 times that I have seen when I am using the device and I only have 1-2 bars I drop signal for a few seconds and then it comes back to 1-2 bars. The last time it happened I checked my GF's S3 and she had one bar the whole time I had nothing. Not sure if this is just a signal problem or if I should be worried about a replacement. Any ideas?

Ordered black 32GB Nexus 5 on November 23rd, received shipping confirmation on November 27, and will be receiving the device later today, December 5.
For those who received their Nexus 5 and live in CA. Using ground shipping. Is there any facilities between IL and CA? Do you mind post a photo of your complete tracking? Much appreciated
Mine shipped out about the same time as yours, so I would say Monday. I live in New Hampshire though. That's kinda the same distance I guess? I think they might be able to pull off a Friday delivery if they really push it. Come on ups, you can do it!
