Still showing mine as pre-ordered. It is no longer showing will ship by 11/5. Ordered the 32 white 22 minutes after launch. Looks like I will have to cancel. It doesn't look like it will be here before I leave to go on vacation. Very disappointed this had happened ;-(

Still showing mine as pre-ordered. It is no longer showing will ship by 11/5. Ordered the 32 white 22 minutes after launch. Looks like I will have to cancel. It doesn't look like it will be here before I leave to go on vacation. Very disappointed this had happened ;-(

Got my shipping email at 3am this morning central time.

32gb Black ordered 17 minutes after site went live. My buddy ordered 30 minutes after me and his shipped before mine and his will arrive on monday, he did not pay for upgraded shipping.

I on the the other hand paid for upgraded shipping and have no tracking updates since it is UPS that means I will get it Tuesday, kind of upsetting I wasted money on the faster shipping..

I wouldn't bother calling Google until you're past the shipping date promised when you ordered. For one thing, UPS Logistics is shipping them. I'm not even sure how much Google can do about it. Also, even if someone ordered a few minutes later, they could still be in the same shipping bucket. For example, maybe UPS says, "OK, everyone who ordered within the first hour of going live will be shipped by Saturday. Everyone who ordered from 12:00PM - 1:00PM PDT will be shipped when that's done. Maybe the white 16GB's are in a different location than the black 32GB's and aren't necessarily shipped in the same time frame. Maybe destination plays into it too. Basically, I wouldn't waste your time and Google's over something that they likely have very little, if any, control over anymore.

It's very strange how their system works. I have a co worker that ordered the same exact phone almost 1hour or so after me and he lives 10 miles away from me and he got his tracking info yesterday at around 2am and I have yet to receive it. His even said delivery by the 8th where mine said by the 5th. Tell me how that makes any sense. His will be delivered by Monday. I don't get it. Other people have also said it's happen to them too. Weird.

There doesn't appear to be much rhyme or reason to it. I ordered within the first minute or so of the site being live (got my confirmation email at 11:04am 10/31). The next morning I awoke to a "item shipped" email with an estimated delivery of 11/8. I did not pay for 2 day shipping.

I was caught in the middle of the S**tstorm of last years launch. The N5 launch/shipping was/is WAY smoother (so far).

I can stop visiting this thread now, I got my tracking number at 1:54 PST this morning

So it took them just under 39 hours from the time I ordered for them to process and ship.

Actually I read a little bit on UPS and you can pay to be a member and change the type of shipping you want and change it to be picked up at the facility. So it is possible. Maybe I'll just wait till Monday. Lol

I don't understand Google's or better yet UPS delivery system. I ordered within 28 minutes from launch, my order goes from shipping 11/5 to Pre-Order and people who have ordered hours after me having shipping emails. No sense in calling Google. I'm just venting. Don't wanna cancel order but if I get no news by Tuesday it will have to be done. Can anyone shed light on how they disperse or is it just dumb luck. Banghead
