When did you purchase the phone? Just curious because I bought it on the 25th and I'm trying to figure out the first day pre-orders were available? I was surprised mine was on back order.

What date did you order your phone through T Mobile?

7 a.m. on the 23rd via calling the Customer Service/Sales department (as I am a pre-paid customer).

I just checked my order's through Best Buy and both say this;

Status: Pre-ordered
Expected release date: 03/11/2016

I ordered two Titanium's (AT&T). Both phones were ordered at the same time/date. Feb 23rd right around 8:15 ish. Maybe going directly through a carrier is allowing for faster shipment. I'm OK waiting until the 11th or a day or so after. I've waited this long for the release, so what's another couple weeks? I'm just excited to get it. I'm coming out of a S6 edge. I personally love using the S6. The camera is my favorite feature of this phone so making use of the f1.7 is going to be great with the S7. I only use the edge screen now as my clock when I'm in bed. I have it set to automatically shut off at 6am. So when I hit snooze several times in the morning and don't see the clock anymore, I know I have to get up! The always on display is a huge plus!

If you shipped to home with Best Buy they most likely will not ship early nor get it to your door by the 11th. They start shipments on the 11th. Last few years pre ordering galaxy's with them and I always got mine about 4 to 5 days after release.

I had it sent to home because I figure if I went to pick up there would be a line a mile and a half long just to pick it up. So I'm good with waiting a few extra days. If I had the S5 or older I'd be a bit fidgety.

Yeah, I ordered at 7am pst on the 23rd. Tmo.

I know sometimes pre-orders are shipped out early, but I wasn't expecting to see one shipped out yesterday.

I ordered about 1pm on the 23rd from T-Mobile customer service and for some reason there's still no status on my order, anyone else from T-Mobile have this problem?

Did you "sign" the EIP contract they emailed ya? My order summary didn't come up until after I did that.

Or did you pay in full?

Yep I signed it and got the "Your copy of the signed EIP agreement" email

when i look in the alerts section of my account it does say "
Order placed

it's weird the order status pages haven't shown anything though haha, hopefully soon.

Gotcha. Well, it sounds like your order has been placed Justan. I haven't checked my order status on their website.... I only received the order conformation email after I signed the EIP agreement. Had the order number and description is all.

Solid mentioned above, that they emailed him an update when his shipped...so I'm guessing we'll get an email when something changes.
