Sprint UPS delivery slated for tomorrow. Im happy. No tracking number on VR yet though. Sprint order info says VR was set to be mailed by the 7th.

i feel like most of the irritation is from the haphazard way they seem to be shipping (tmo at least) where people who ordered significantly earlier are having their phones shipped out later than people who ordered recently.
personally i'm okay so long as i get a gear VR, because them opening the submission dates earlier than the official street date is kind of a crappy thing to do if they do start using the "oh we ran out" excuse to get out of giving people the VRs..

I think the real discontent is Samsung promotion website opening on 4th. With few people receiving the set early meant that others might miss/have less of a chance on claiming the freebies. As it happened, the advt says limited quantity. That's when the hell broke loose. I don't blame any of us. We all will want to have the promotional freebies.

But companies sometimes work beyond logic. They just want to create a buzz by these irregular/incosistent news.

My bad in those cases, TMobile is doing you wrong in that sense, AT&T seems to be doing it in the order they came in..
I honestly I haven't given the VR sets much of a thought(tried them at BB and wasn't impressed, prob sell mine on ebay if I do get them). I pre-ordered strictly for the phone itself.. I do see your concerns though..

My phone is in my city!!! I'm so excited. It'll be here tomorrow. My G2 knows it's going to get retired tomorrow because it's barely functional.

Mine has been showing "picked up" in Texas since Sunday. No movement since then. Sure hope it gets here tomorrow as promised.

mine too, i'm guessing the planes leaving ft worth aren't going to leave until late tonight since you can get anywhere in the continental US from texas pretty quickly in a plane.

if it hasn't moved by the time i go to bed, i'll start getting some (more) anxiety

Ours will be here tomorrow between 10 and 2 before we both go to work. Not sure what to do activate it tomorrow wait til my off day Thursday. I am sure I'll take it to work and mess with it on dinner break. My husband will probably leave it at home and mess with it when he gets home. If it's here early enough I'll go straight to the Zagg kiosk maybe and check out the HD one he said he had.

God, the flu sucks! Totally out of it last week but I managed enough strength to order that S7 Edge

It does. Supposedly my new phone is coming tomorrow so that will help. Assuming it leaves Texas...

Mine finally left Texas at 11 cst...and went to TN on the way to CA lol

That's the typical route though so it looks like everything is moving along

Mine says between 945 and 145. I have my alarm set for 10 AM which is normal for me . My husband said we should go ahead and activate them and start downloading apps from home while we have good Wi-Fi before we go to work . I have a ton of
apps. Ok time for bed I hope I hear the UPS guyb if I'm still in bed he'll ring the buzzer.

The pre-order was signed by main account holder as ours is a family plan on tmobile so agreement copy bears his name as lessee . So does it makes a difference while signing up for gear vr?

I mean shall i put my name and number or the main account holder name and number?

Any one has gone through this situation or has any suggestion?

I think they want the paperwork to match the submission, i'd put their name on it and the number that matches the one the phone was ordered on
