Yeah so I ordered one during the week, already have an S7edge but something about the 10 is really appealing. And the fact as a frequent phone switcher I have never owned an HTC. Will try it out for a while and then decide which one to keep/sell.

Delivery here in Sweden seems to be expected between the 4-8th. At least most stores are claiming to get inventory by that week.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in that. It's extremely common for sellers on ebay to do that to get business, even if their stock isn't actually in-hand. Ebay doesn't regulate it so the sellers have no reason not to grab your money and ship when they have it.

They don't, but if the seller can't meet a reasonable estimated ship date they'll get dinged for it.

The units I saw on eBay are the Asian variant that lack US lte so really no point if you're in the US.

Well, May is only a week away. I know it feels like forever though.
This month was FLYING by until I pre-ordered. Now it's at a crawl. "Watched pot never boils."

I also did next day when I pre ordered on day one, and I am not sure if you all noticed and it could have been a glitch the but next day was super cheap it was only 9.00.

Was looking to see if anyone mentioned order confirmation but didn't see so I'll ask; has anyone had an order confirmation email from HTC? I received an email right away that said my order had been "submitted", but today (2 days later) received a different one that said "confirmation" in the title. I wonder if this means that they are processing and getting ready to ship or if it's normal for them to take a couple days to confirm.

It's normal to get the confirmation e-mail a few hours to a few days later but does not seem to indicate anything about shipping status. I preordered on 14 April and got the "Order Confirmation" e-mail about 3 hours after the "Order Submitted" e-mail.

I also got it a few hours after I placed my order. Don't think it has anything to do with being prepared for shipping.

*Nice to see another Swappa junky on here. I recognized that pic from a few purchases I've made. Haha!

I'm guessing probably not but it doesn't hurt to call and ask HTC? I'm really hoping we start seeing shipping this week. With the rumors that some carrier models might ship next week I would hope they take care of all of us who ordered unlocked direct from them first. But if not then no biggie...would be nice though!

Mine shows the same status, but the funds haven't been drawn from my account yet. So no, it hasn't shipped. I do hope they surprise us and ship early!

Yeah I went and checked with citi and my funds are still there nothing has been charged to the card so false alarm thought it was ready for shipment might just mean something else.
